Reducing the risk
The health and safety of our team and our customers during the pandemic is paramount.
When both manufacturing and selling our ice cream, we strictly follow Government Guidance Working Safely during Coronavirus (COVID-19).
We work hard to reduce the risk of infection when serving our customers. For example, Social distancing signage is in place and with the Kiosk service counter being set higher than ground level it acts as a natural barrier promoting safer customer interactions through maintaining social distancing. Minimising time spent in contact with customers through use of contactless card payments wherever possible, and regular cleaning of surfaces using antibacterial surface spray coupled with hand washing and sanitising.
